How to contact SOFTLAYER abuse?
Hello,
Anyone knows how to contact SOFTLAYER abuse? We have received many DDOS attack from some Softlayer's IP ranges recently (Their Netherlands datancenter). I already sent them an email with the attack detail but have not received any response for weeks.

Don't think there is another way to contact them for abuse.
Seems like a quick softlayer website search yields a contact for you. perhaps call on Monday and ask for the CEO or legal dept- maybe that will get you expedited to a proper person in their organization?

Most abuse departments will not reply. They will take your request and deal with it
Get in line. Since IBM took over I've seen nothing but compromised servers running for upwards of a month without them taking action. Either they don't care or they're entirely too nice to their clients, and rude to everyone else as a result.
