Ideastack
Team, DO anyone has a review on Ideastack? Im sick of talking to their support and getting a bad service every time. I purchased a VPS from them and paid for cpanel license but they are activating trial license and got a very unpleasant reply from them . They requested me to wait for 15 days to get that rectified. Instead they could have said that they have installed trial.

If you're sick of their bad service, it's time to move.
Their site leaves a lot to be desired. From the SSD VPS hosting features:

I asked to setup a PTR record for me but Support said PTR is optional and not required and IPS are clean . Im not sure why they have me this reply
