I Bought a VPS from kvmvps.us 4days ago and they gave me it so late. In first 48 hours of use the server was offline about 24 hours. When I requested them to back my money yesterday, they answer me impolitely that we do not back money to our vps customers!
They say above: 100% Uptime/ If not Service level agreement covers the costs.
But they lie about everything. They are just fraudulent.
