Take a look at Nixcom.net
Check out our Single Core Lite KVM package in the special offers page. 512 MB ram for an extra $3.
You have IPv6?
Unfortunately we do not have it just yet.
We have 256 kvm yearly available in Dallas TX for 15.00 a year. If you need 384 i will throw in the extra ram for free to match your specs. Also we do have native ipv6 in Dallas.

@MCHPhil meight be able to do something for you...
@ngstargate do you provide germany windows vps ?
yes
He is awesome Can vouch for him.
Tried tacticalvps.net - all OK, fast and works with IPv6.
Tried mycustomhosting.net - all bad, slow and does not work with IPv6.

IPv6 works. I have tons of customers using it. Slow? What is slow? Bad? again what was bad? I am all for constructive criticism. Leave me some. You didn't even give me a chance to respond to your ticket.
After command "service network restart" - no network connection.
Look this screenshot - that what you see - is not normal.
I know how IPv6 should be configured for normal operation.
You don't have this. And IPv6 doesn't work.
What slow?
How much time need for PayPal refund? I think 5 min. more than enough.
Login to PayPal, find transaction and click on button "Refund".
Your service is very slow - you need 3-5 days for PayPal refund.
Maybe you have a very slow connection to PayPal? About 5 b/s - if you need more than 5 min for refund.
Wow. Yes your refund, if approved, will be processed in 3-5 business days. Just like my TOS states that you agreed to on signup.
Nothing about that screenshot is not normal. You restarted the network, routes were lost. You never reset them. With two notices in the original email sent with your VM's account information regarding this setup. I'm sorry you must have missed it. It is not MY network, it is OVH. They place these rules on all servers. Notice no other KVM providers out of OVH? Maybe I'm wrong.
So my services are not slow. My refunds are, according to you. Though my refund policy is in line with 99% of other providers. And you're a host? You should know exactly WHY the refund policy is the way it is.
OP's hosting doesn't even have a refund policy and he is complaining about Phil's hosting being too slow
What you say?
I can't believe how childish you are...
This is what I saw this morning:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://www.primahost.info/terms_of_service.php
Right after I posted my previous comment, you changed the page so that it now reads like this:
http://www.primahost.info/terms_of_service.php
And please, you can't even get the grammar right, but I guess I can't blame you for doing such a rush job.
This, alone, makes me feel like a completely unreliable host.
here you can see our latest offer : lowendtalk.com/discussion/25063/ovz-offer-4gb-vps-7-m-512mb-15-yr-3gb-18-qr
He has slow 5b/s connection to paypal like I do now!
LOL, may be I should just sign up with him, get a refund and write something to complain that I need to wait for 5 days for a refund
