Second choice is: "I'm a spammer, I'm rich an Agree Any spam list will be killed, no refund (999$ US monthly and 999$ setup fee).
The second choice actually adds 999$ + 999$ to the original account of 3.5@, so, final invoice is 2001.5$ !!!
