Poor tech support with Bitaccel

Ok so I submitted a ticket about networking being too laggy but what really annoys me is that issue has been dragged on for over week and still hasn't been fixed. I've had this vps for over 6months and had no issues but this month was terrible :(

Do an mtr, much more helpful than a traceroute. That is of course if you still want to stay with Bitaccel. Honesly I thought Corey would pay more attention to his customers.

@Corey hope to get a better answer!

  • It takes more information than "it's broke fix it!!!!!!" to fix things.

Granted his responses are pathetic and non existent..

Well I'm still trying to fix the issue. The first time I was able to find the issue rather quickly but right now the abusive customer seems rather elusive.
