google know too much about you ?
I open another google email yesterday, I didn't put in any phone number. I just gave them "Recovery email" which I used with an old google account. Today in the new google account setting, I see Recovery phone which I used for an old account appears in the new one also ???

Out of curiosity, did you verify the recovery email before they showed you the phone number?
I didn't do any "verify" stuff at all. I only gave them recovery email, that's it.

I read this article that said Google only needs 12 searches from a person to figure out who you are. Everyday I believe this more and more.

But every provider do things with our account without telling us. Microsoft also said it can search Live/Outlook without the order of Court or Federal Authorities.
So net is around us.
