He already said he doesn't know him on the front page. I hope once WHT stops being childish and restores their account status that they acquire ban immunity from this point forward. As it's really unfortunate someone can drag a companies name through the mud when it's unfounded. I think part of why vps6 was targeted is because they're awesome and have the spotlight. Anytime you have a successful company there are always going to be those who try and bring them down.
Actually, I've defended vps6net elsewhere, specifically mentioning that their only real flaw was being promoted by a specific former user here :P
Objectively, we've heard the exact same thing from several providers under multiple names (Stan Catswon, etc). Given the other linking data, I see no harm in asking for direct clarification.
It's almost as empty as someone saying stock soon? I think VPS6 used the same registered agent and people are seeing something that is not there, and just don't understand the complexities of doing business as a LLC/LLP/CandS Corp in the US

I agree that your research is difficult to ignore. I also agree that if this is him and he is who people have made him out to be, he's either got an incredible game face or he's actually trying to do this one right. There's more money in continued business if done right, especially with the cost of overhead and these gigabit lines that are still nowhere near oversold. If this is him, perhaps he's noticed this.
General partner and owner mean essentially the same thing in this case. I was just using the exact terminology as in the Montana site.

Perhaps they are changing the directory or moved WHMCS and have not re-verified. I would think they are making enough to pay for a WHMCS license key
That would show a invalid license error, not a suspended license error.
Why not give them the benifit of the doubt and assume they forgot to pay?
