    whmcs + some supported panels they have.

    Subdomain provisioning works out of box.

    i buy your idea ,but my user will not easy connect to cloudflare,i will use dnspod's api.Are ther any free dns that also provide api?

    Why not get two cPanel DNS only boxes and have cPanel manage your own DNS for you?

    HE also provides free dns with a api if I'm correct. Same idea just a different api.

    because cmcc do not accept personal dns server
