Favorite Provider in Bay Area

Who's your favorite provider in the Bay Area? (San Jose / San Francisco / Fremont, etc). There's also some providers in LA that have good connection to this area.

I'm looking for 128-256mb RAM, 5-20gb SSD-Cached disk, 1-2 cpu, and 100-500gb bandwidth/month.

    There are some good providers based out of 365 Main in San Fran. Expensive but worth it. I can't remember the URL right now, but will try to dig it up tomorrow for you.
