No worries, didn't notice it adding VAT thought it was done later.
If you have a non EU billing address vat does not apply

It was just added today. It takes pingdom a little time to gather enough data.
Anything you order will be at the reduced rate.
VPN and torrent allowed?
We permit anything that's legal and not in breach of our tos. So yes VPN and torrents are ok.
Can we request install custom ISO system ?
I'm afraid not no. At the moment OnApp does not support boot or deploy from ISO. We do have a large template library.

If you wanted to add 512MB after the promo period, the cost would be + €5.12 per month (so 8.86)
Obviously it makes sense to maximise the spec you want now
