The network in Singapore experiences packet loss occassionally just like any other network in Singapore
How come ?
It just comes with the territory of that locale. Most places advertise 99.5 or lower uptimes and rarely with an SLA for Singapore .

my vps is still in "experiences packet loss occassionally" i think until the end of billing period , terfire use same module with i-83.net for their singapore openvz , i have same problem with i-83.net but they solve my problem , when i ticket terafire i get new word to justify their network "experiences packet loss occassionally" , good job for you
yes,, same as you mentari.. i use openvz and dont know why i can login ssh for 3-5 minutes then dissconnect from ssh, i must wait more than 5 minutes to login again.. but when open IP from browser its fine...
base on my experience with i-83.net they enable ipv6 after disable ipv6 it will be normal, but terafire never look-up this problem , it on their network and they should solve it , let wait them solve this problem
@mentari Actually it's clearly stated in the ad that it is located in Softlayer Singapore. Hence we have no control over packetloss that happens on occasion due to the fact it is in Singapore and operated by Softlayer. The problem is not us, but in fact the network in Singapore. Therefore your statements are blanket and misinformed
