Old news, next...
How unexpected.. :-)
At least I know my VPSes will stay online until their end of billing period. lol
Old news, wtf?
What domain name is UGVPS even using nowadays? Didn't the wife own the original? Where is Mr. Dale? Is he still working for CC or CVPS?
Congrats to Fabozzi for picking up a brand that is on par with his existing.
DAMN, someone just got bitch slapped.
Ohhh no Chris
Football's coming home.
He is not working for either, no. He has got out of the industry thus us acquiring UGVPS.
When will my VPS start working again?
Hi ElaborateRuse,
Have you opened a support ticket? You can't just post something like this on a public forum and expect your problems to magically be resolved, because this gives us no way of looking up your account and looking into what's wrong. However, after taking a quick glance at the thread you've started last week regarding your UGVPS service, it seems like many LET members have explained to you that you have purchased an unmanaged service and that the issue you were describing in your thread was clearly not UGVPS' responsibility.
We have just finalized the contracts and fully acquired the company today so we are still trying to get everything re-organized and situated, but even under previous management I see that support tickets were still being handled and I do not see any open support ticket related to a server being down.
Thanks
Hold those horses! Aren't you the previous management?
"have acquired"
"recently acquired"
Well, if I paid for a year in advance and the monitoring site says the programme is not alive and I can't get in via SSH and I can't get answers to tickets and email answers to the tickets take a week and the suggestions here about the panel aren't applicable because the panel isn't as they imagine, what would you do?
I just want to run a Tor relay to help people who are vulnerable.
It costs me to do that.
If you know how to arrange the VPS I've paid for to function it would be good to do that soon.
You can not presume to know what has transpired.
The current ticket is in 'progress' as it has been for a week.
Nevermind
To be the Devil's advocate, posting proof along with accusations tends to extradite the whole drama process; letting us properly determine whose wrong with more haste.
OK .. Passes by
Good business model. Sell cheap hardware, let others invest and lose money building customer base. Buy customer base for pennies on the dollar.
How can one acquire that which does not exist
Or how can it acquire something it already owns from day one
Has any one received this email? I haven't... And it's February 10.
Nope. And now it's march 15.
BlueVM's next.
Don't they already belong to CVPS?
I opened a ticket about it on February 12, and it was "Escalated" on February 17, but there hasn't been a real response.
Other than the lack of information during the merge, I actually haven't had any problems with UGVPS.
