I dont want to go with leapswitch because they dont allow game servers.

Leapswitch is probably the cheapest, I think Prometeus has some XEN VPSs there too? But they use Leapswitch.

They use Leapswitch for Indian location else, you should go ahead and find some locations with low latency in India (assuming that is what you want). You probably won't find any LEB that allow gameservers in India.
Traffic costs are very high in India, even a 100Mbps costs around 1000$ a month.
Missed out on prometeus' cheap Inidan VPS offer. There was one actually.

There might be a language barrier here. The OP is looking for servers in India, not servers hosted by Indians in other countries!
