XEN VPS in Colorado an/or Kansas

Looking for a XEN based VPS in Colorado and/or Kansas.

Most important for me is memory and transfer, I need guaranteed 1 GB, preferably 2.
Harddisk ~10 GB, not more.
Transfer ~1, preferably 2 TB/month
1 core is enough.

Anyone knowing of any good hosts?

    Is it upgradable?
    If I in the future outgrow it, I'd like to be able to upgrade the memory and traffic.
