Where do i place my own iptables,
so they load when cfs loads it's iptables.

but it did give me a few commands i needed, thanks
If you create executable scripts at /etc/csf/csfpre.sh and/or /etc/csf/csfpost.sh they will be executed before or after the CSF generated rules. It's described in the readme in the 17th section: http://configserver.com/free/csf/readme.txt
