However, really configurable options are in iwstack (www.iwstack.com)
IWStack wors for windows too, for regular KVM not, we do not offer windows ISO, but in iwstack you can mount your own.

what's the best price for 2GB ram, 10GB disk, 1TB band?
We can do a plan with 2GB RAM, 20GB disk, and 1TB bandwidth for $5.75 per month, KVM. What are you going to be using this for?
KVM: iwstack: € 9.72 if you run it non-stop. When is off only a couple of Eur a month or so. Billing is hourly.
Xen-PV: XenPower: About the same but has 250 GB disk and 4 TB/vCPU.
OVZ: You can get an OVerZold 4G, it costs 5 GBP a month in case you need double ram. It also has 2 TB and 4 vCPU
Configurable KVM: 15 GB disk, 1 core, 2 GB RAM 1 TB: 7.5 GBP/Month
Configurable OVZ: 20 GB SSD 2 vcpu, 2 GB RAM 3 TB traffic: 5.45 GBP/Month
There are cheaper I know.

We have 2gb, 50gb hhd openvz with unmetered for $11 a month
2gb of ram is a lot for a couple of web browsers, you sure you'll need that much? Lowendboxes with 2gb of ram might be hard to come by
