I've purchased Special 1 on 31. Dec 2013 and it still hasn't been provisioned. When I asked (3. Jan) when can I expect it, I was told the day after, but it proved not to be true. My next question still hasn't been answered and I still can't use the service I paid for.

For the aforementioned reasons I advise to be careful when dealing with Tugu Host.
