nethogs on KVM vs OpenVZ

Hello,
I have a VPS on OPENVZ and when I run nethogs I see the single IPs receiving data (on venet0 dev). When I run it on KVM on eth0 I just see the ngnix workers sending the total data, I don't see the single IPs communicating with server.

Why?

    Nevermind it just shows ngnix when you open it but when you keep it open it starts showing IPs
