The catch? Hosting with Huawei would be like hosting with NSA directly, only this time the chinese version of the NSA will play with your data.
I failed to locate the link to the service on the Huawei main web site. Is this available internationally? Even at regular price, it does seems reasonably priced. Other China VPS providers with english support (such as fedvps or chinavpshosting) starts at $18/month, while cloud providers such as aliyun.com don't have a english web site, and my understanding of the chinese language is not good enough.

Sorry I didn't know they don't allow foreign people to sing up.
You may get a friend in China with whose mobile number to register it.
