  • You should add annual billing, preferably with some discount over 12 single-month invoices. Why incur the expense of monthly billing when some users prefer annual?

  • Worth a trying.

I'll look into adding that shortly, most likely tonight or tomorrow.

If you need that raised we can raise it by request. However you should be able to get 10Mbit/s without issues all the time.

i'm a fan of errantweb. it looks like most of their stuff isn't oversold. I get good write speeds:

    1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 9.52615 s, 113 MB/s

they used to use l3, now its comcast business. I'm a bigger fan of l3 but it seems like they had some stability issues that are now fixed with comcast.

oh and their customer service is pretty amazing.

As I said, they had some stability issues with l3 that would cause high ping for some odd reason. I mainly use my vps for game server hosting so you can see how this can be an issue. I was going to submit a ticket, but saw that he was on the live chat. He actually downloaded the game that I play and came on our server to see what the issue was. Obviously he couldn't do much about it besides notify the DC as it looked like it was an upstream thing, but I appreciate the effort.

+1 would buy another if I actually had more spare resources :)

  • @kbar thanks for the post :)
We do still use L3, for some people though it switched to Comcast. We have L3,XO,and Comcast for bandwidth.

wat happened to the chicago plans?

  • We sent out a email to the chicago users, the node will be being shutdown April 1st. We are allowing them to be moved. We are going to focus on Detroit for now.
