Any budget storage plans with ipv6?

As titled, I need a storage plan with low end price. HDD >150GB, no exact RAM requirement, maybe 256MB. I just wanna host some personal files. I need ipv6 because of the speed I can get. Western US is preferred but not the only choice.

We also have a special Xen with IPv6 only, costs are at about 1 cent a GB. The plan is currently discontinued, but can offer an exception or two.
