since yesterday some of my customers cant email some domains, they get this error:

i check my ip and is clean, i contacted them and they tell me:

We are unable to raise a support case for non-clients, unfortunately.  The reason for this is because each client has their own custom setup that could be accountable for the mail being rejected.  As a result, all support tickets must be raised by valid technical contacts that represent a client.  This allows us access to configurations and to troubleshoot fully.

I recommend contacting your intended recipient via an alternative method and asking them to contact Symantec.Cloud Support about the issue being seen.
