    Pretty poor, how much was it ?
    Edit: And which virtualization ?

  • I'm fairly certain it's a 100mbit dedi, @maounique.

    Its 100mbit dedicated server for $69.IO looks very poor.But i think its ok for 100mbps connection what do you guys think?

  • But overall speed is good facing no problem all commands are running fast.

    It looks like 100mbps. 12.5MB/s

    My home use HDD gives 120+MBps Read Write Performance(If I can rem. it properly).

    O.o

  • @MikeIn but still download speed is only 12.5MB/S Max and IO speed is 64.9 MB/s so i think its fine.

    If it is a dedi it is understandable.
    Also, if you only need the network will work just fine too, but a KS will do the same for much less money.

  • 100Mbps - 5 TB/month with KS server and with this server i get 100Mbps - 10 TB/month.But i will consider them for future purchase since they are offering good hardware.

  • @shawn123 How much does this Cost you monthly?
    Dedi?

    Full Spec.?

    The network speed looks fine for a 100mbps connection.

  • The specs are in benchmark test.Cost i already mentioned earlier.

    That could be much more, depending on their weird peering. If you are just after the traffic you pay way too much for 100 mbps 10 GB.

    Is it all right for a Dedi, or I am thinking in an incorrect way. For the price the spec may not be that great if compared with others.

    @Maounique I will use it for personal use only doing testing etc.10 TB was needed just to be on the safe side.

    That's just power saving. He can put the cpu upto 2.4ghz permanently if he sets the cpu frequency in linux.

    I am not contesting this is much more than an atom but I had the impression OP was only after the traffic.

    Yep, thats power save, you can change it to disable power save very easily

    nano /etc/sysconfig/cpuspeed

    change

    GOVERNOR=ondemand

    to

    GOVERNOR=performance

    Save the file and then,

    service cpuspeed restart

    to verify this,

    cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep "cpu MHz"

    Done :)

  • Here is bandwidth graph

  • Here is ipmi Server health status
    Can anyone can tell if everything is going well?

  • Server health status looks fine. :)
