Hi LET,
I got problem with my vps from ugeekvps or ugvps, start from yesterday 15.55 (GMT +7) all my vps shutdown. My vps location is node1 Los Angles.
Someone here which use same service from ugvps or ugeekvps, have some problem like me?
I try open tiket but i just got in process status from ugeekvps. I hope someone here can share information for me.

chinode6 seems up, but it has been having issues all through the month, and a node reboot 4 days ago.
i am one customer ugvps but not on Node1 my vps is always online
never got problem until this time has been 10 month
Mine in LA is down too. As well as a few other guys have mentioned on this forum. With no response from UGVPS.

Well that discussion has been centered around their domain registration. I think current paying customers with down VPS's could care less about their domain registration. So bump. @UGVPS, how about a acknowledgement or status update?
Yeah, mine's been down since 4am est Wednesday. Have a ticket open, not sure what's going on but not a peep from anyone.
Wanted to chime in -- same here Node1 down and no response from ugvps
No response to me either on my ticket. It's not looking good. My backups are about a month old and was hoping I could get back in to grab everything before getting the hell out. I'll have to make do with what I have.
No response for my ticket, they did not seem to care about their clients.
Just add UGeekVPS to my blacklist.
I'm going to try to call their phone number tomorrow. Will update how it goes. Hopefully I'll get an RFO.

Yeah back here as well. Strange. Wonder what the issue was. Immediately fixed a couple backups though.
Yes now back and they said have emergency maintenance that why node1 die.
They were down for me also. Now, the system is back up and I can access my server/get email etc., however, the SolusVM control panel is not accessible and their website is no where to be found. Scary - just signed up two months ago but may have to move.

I use their service about 10 month ago without any problem just this month i got much problem. that why i create new tread here. Right now i'll try about 1 month if they still have problem may have to move too.
