For some clients who tried to use fake billing information to place to order, or use different email address and/or name from Paypal account, we have issued refunds and cancelled the orders.

Just recreated the VM, ran YABS again, and got the same bench results. Not that it really matters much to me anyways, but you might want to recheck the CPU limitation. That 4GB Frankfurt plan looks awesome though! What CPUs do your host nodes use?

Dual E5-2680v4 in Frankfurt, seems your Tallinn node is the old one with E5v1, you can submit a ticket to migrate to the new E5v4 platform.

This is exactly my fear, if I buy a vps it will be a 1 year commitment and I don't know if the server will be submitted to a high level of subscriptions leading to an oversubscription.

Good to know, can we expect the average cpu performance will be the same over the course of vps lifetime/service subscription time?

The speedtest VPS is built in the same node as yours, can you show proof of the "big difference"?

That would be the result unfortunately, if they don't allow orders with VPN. It isn't racist in any way though. It's common practice of like 30-50% of the providers here using those anti-fraud tools which don't work with VPNs.
