    I believe they do if you submit a ticket and request it.

    yup, they provide jailed-ssh access on request. Just open a ticket and tell which account/domain you need it for.

    For those skeptical about Racknerd. I just submitted a ticket to Racknerd for a custom ISO mount. Within 40 seconds, the ticket was marked in progress. I didn't even mark it a high priority. And this is the standard time at this time of the day. Even during peak hours, I get a response in a few minutes.

    See man, I am not going to send any bulk or marketing mails. But I need to send few service related emails like notifications and account action related info. So before I subscribe to any service, I need to know the limit.

    See, limit of 100 is with my 100gb shared plan. If you have a valid use case for it. I'm sure dustinc can help you split it into multiple accounts later(at his sole discretion, i do not represent racknerd so cant commit).

    He's a pretty helpful guy. You HAVE to try it out.

    I apologize if you aren't planning to spam.
    FYI, Mailchannels (via MailBaby) only kicks in for specific destinations like Gmail, Hotmail, etc. The remaining 99.99999999999% of destination domains will go through your shared IP, which is the reasoning behind my saying "don't dirty our shared IPs".
