  • What's the difference between SYS-5-SSD-32 and SYS-LE-2 besides CPU ?

Seems SYS-5-SSD-32 has even better CPU with same price.

That was my question before. I have both of them, testing shows nothing different. Just a little of MHz on speed.

  • Probably a long-shot... but does anyone have an SYS-2-SSD-32 that they don't want and would like to transfer? :-)

Not sure this is the right place ... (I can't select the category 'offers', probably as I am no provider...)

I have a Soyoustart server I no longer use (because of the Kimsufi KS-LE offer):
    XEON-SAT-1-32 Server - Intel
    Xeon D-1520 - 32GB DDR4 ECC
    2133MHz - 4x 2To HDD SATA
    Soft RAID

With an additional IPv4 address ...
It actually is a Xeon D-1521...

It currently runs until April 3th 2022 for a monthly renewal price of 26.99 USD
    region account: US (www.soyoustart.com/ca)
    server location: Germany (LIM)
    Asking price: 75 USD

I checked with SYS support: it can be transferred to another account in the same region.

Send me a PM if interested.

Why would you if the SYS-2-SAT-32 is (slightly) better spec and cheaper?

SYS-2-SAT-32 is 2 USD/month more expensive and not in stock :-) Current configuration also not in stock in Europe.

And not to forget: no setup costs (I think) and more than a month free (75 USD for 4 months) :-)

    Server location: Germany
    Network speed: 1 Gbp/s down, 250 Mbp/s up

Mine not yet delivered after 40min, it seems I have to wait long days as of SYS-2-SAT-32 (since 25 Nov).
Single core's mark at 759 is normal vs average of 584 (Geekbench 5)
Your multicore's mark at 5190 is normal compared to average of 4728 (Geekbench 5)

NVMe disks are old-school class :) Perhaps over 5 yrs-old

I'll try. I mean, they will be available in larger quantities soon enough I guess. however that sweet 10% coupon would be nice to have...

today I am struggeling a lot with my internet connection though. let's see how it goes, seems they release only single machines or very small batches.
