but we will try to increase CPU limits (Of course fair share and not 24/7) at the $2.90.

if this decision can be approved within the next 10 days i will cancel my cancellation.

apart from CPU limit everything is great. for me its taking really long to install a low end web panel for staging purposes. my guess is if its throttled to 50% of a HWT, the typical processing time isnt just doubled, but somehow more than that.

    Thank you for your reply.
We have removed the restriction and the Fair Share policy already updated on our TOS page.

We have also send emails to all our client to inform about these changes.

    Regards,

Thank you and I have made ticket immediately to cancel my cancellation.

This works out to be top tier service, complete panel with firewall and full, generous resources at extremely competitive price. Kudos.

    i did geekbench4. which is a multiplier of 4.5x for gb5.

so yours is "2844" single, "5477" multi.

  • I got a 4vCPU / 16GB RAM box over the weekend and have been playing around with it a little bit. I knew that the CPU isn't the strongest going in, so I took that into consideration.

So far, I have to say that I am very happy. The web interface for mounting your own ISO images etc is easy to use, the machine is stable and feels quite "snappy". Network connectivity in Europe seems to be above average.

My main use for the VPS is a game server that primarily requires tons of RAM (relatively speaking), a little bit of disk I/O and a stable network. No issues at all.

I got a 4vCPU / 16GB RAM box over the weekend and have been playing around with it a little bit.

Have you planned any Indian location? I know won't be possible at $2.9/mo but would be good if you can expand there.

  • out of stock :-(

  • This is a shame ... a DC out of all stocks ! and it's have been 7 days pass...

  • Any plan to re-stock?

  • It looks like proxmox. I don't like it because I can't change the password.

@ViridWeb Okay so after spending 15 minutes just trying to go through your absolutely shitty checkout where it for some reason REQUIRES you to enter a phone number for text message though states it's optional when you mouse over '?' (though it isn't). Then after finally figuring out the completely shit captcha after trying 18 times, I submit my order and it's marked as 'canceled'. This isn't because it's fraud either, I know, as I have many many many accounts with the exact same information. So please explain why the hell the user experience when ordering from you is such shit and why my order is marked as canceled?!? If it was marked as fraud, your fraud system is broken and should not be trusted.

All I can say is if this is the experience others are having, it's is no wonder everyone is so upset in this thread.

    my 2 cents.

    Cheers!

Kindly please provide your order number or invoice number so we can investigate.

Sometimes order canceled because the product sold out. We have set VM limit per server to avoid overselling.

If we have some stocks we will reset your order as pending so you can pay your invoice.

As per mobile number, it's required for 2FA

If you want your account to be remove then kindly open a ticket and our team will remove your account completely from our database within 24hrs. We do not hold/store/share any of our customers data.

Note: if you have an active order or paid invoice then we may retain few data for accounting process (However in this case you can still ask us to close your account so no one can have access expect our billing department)

Edited: I think I have found your order and it's look like you used VPN/Datacenter IP that's why your order marked as fraud. We do not accept order using VPN. Sorry

Also note: Every host is unique and have their own policy regarding fraud check. So it doesn't matter if you use same information on other host. If our system mark your order as fraud then you have to contact us to solve the issue.

  • What a wonderful company. I've been on the SSH command for a long time. All types are wrong. Just got to the magical system of submitting orders and the alleged fraud of Xiti account

  • @ViridWeb The SMS thing will just not send me the verification code, therefore I cannon enter the panel to open tickets or access anything. I tried the live chat but your agent just told me to change the number, despite being unable to access the settings to change the number....

So how can I get into my account now?
