    I need to build an intranet, but you only give me the intranet IP of the new vps, and you did not give me the intranet IP of my old vps. I need to restart the old machine to automatically generate it, or should give you a ticket

    Pls send your tickets and whatever your requests. Don't misuse this thread.

    You need to ticket to get the private IP assigned. If it was already assigned, it'll be shown in the panel and then you don't need to ticket.

    I gave the tickets, but no one paid any attention to me.

    So there's still plenty of time to wait. Just be patient and keep the price in mind.

    Can only continue to wait, nothing else can be done.
    It is recommended that @hosthatch directly adjust the setup time to 30 days for the next promotion.

    Let's see if we can't help you out since you're having trouble doing calendar math. You ordered it on Sunday which doesn't count. Then Monday was a national holiday so it doesn't count. So you had Tuesday and Wednesday .... Today is Thursday which will be your third day. Come back tomorrow and maybe someone will care. Prob'ly not but it could happen.

    Thank you for your kind reminder. I didn't know that Monday was a holiday. But don't just reply with an ‘And’ next time, it's very annoying. Looking forward to opening it tomorrow.

    No guarantee, it says promo is expired so maybe those offers without the double promo are the only active special. I can't recall a clear deny or confirmation. If you want to be safe just wait for their next promo. They teasered the Tokyo launch so it can't be that long anymore (no ETA though).

    Los Angeles is more than twice as slow as Chicago, and the command line will be stuck and delayed.

    Hope it can be resolved

    Should they limit your L.A. node so it's as fast as the Chicago one? Look at the price tag and be happy with your server and stop this stupid bullshit bashing. If you have real performance concerns send in a ticket and don't complain over here with no point for anyone else.

    whats the renewal cost?

    So far with stuff I've bought in the past, you get the same price for your next billing cycle too.

    I didn't say anything bad. The command line is really :( . Isn't Chicago and Los Angeles the same price and configuration? Why is there so much difference in performance

    @webcraft

    Remember, if feel the price is cheap and low, please don’t forget that it’s not the price I set.

    I am a customer, not a merchant,I don't bother them anymore
