Hi All,
I just want to know, Is there any option to add client name automatically when replying a support ticket through WHMCS
I have searched WHMCS documentation and cannot able to find any solution. Is there anyone here who can help us to edit the WHMCS software.

I'm not sure if that means she can only post new threads and no comments or the reverse.
If it was created based on my suggestion then she can no longer create new discussions from now on while being assigned the tag - only comment

She just needs the NAME, hope these help her.
I added this functionality using some hook available in WHMCS. I think it was ticket admin open or something. You don't have to type in the customer name, hook will automatically prepend it to the ticket message.
I stick it in the signature instead, something like this:
