Don't think they accept cash payments, but Njal.la is all about privacy. It will cost you a pretty penny, but you get your so-called privacy.
We do accept cash but same rules apply to any form of payment..
I mean, privacy is sort of the name of the game with us. Mail us gold, silver, cash, or whatever. Design us some graphics, and we can agree upon a value of your time for the creation and apply it towards service. Or just be a normal person and pay with crypto or PayPal/card.
But with that said, doesn't sound like we'd be a good fit for the OP and that's fine. The thing most people fail to realize about the 5/9/14 eyes is that a person of interest could still have their stuff snooped on by your favorite agencies without having to ping the company that you pay cash to or through a myriad of methods that are most likely unknown until they're used. DarkNetMarkets get busted all the time and most of those guys are more paranoid than your average 'patriot' who wants to post dank memes without being put on some AI generated list... The company you do business with will have gear in a datacenter, owned by someone else (usually), with your data traveling on a network that isn't often owned by them, going through other countries that are within the 5/9/14 eyes, etc.
I just assume that no matter what level of paranoia you have, that if you're interesting enough, they'll find you.
