How to find the new 1T hard drive added to hetzner AX41

Please advise: hetzner AX41 added a 1T hard drive to the original 2*480G, but root cannot find this new hard drive using "df-h", please ask: how to add/update to make the 1T hard drive available, thanks!

    And then format the new disk not listed in df -h

    fdisk -l

    fdisk /the/disk

    Then n and follow the prompts
