HostSolutions do not respond to tickets[server down for 2 month]
I use to be a happy customer with HostSolutions. In the past, when encountering server down, HostSolutions will generally reply to tickets and fix the problem within two weeks.
Things change in 2021. My server is down on 17th May. So I issued tickets [Ticket ID: 712841 can not access my vps] on 17th May.
Unfortunately, this time HostSolutions did not reply within two weeks. So I issued another ticket [Ticket ID: 103491 Ticket no reply after 24 days] on 10th Jun.
After waiting patiently for another one week, something interesting happened. HostSolutions delete the above two tickets from their tickets system. So I issued another ticket [Ticket ID: 725891 VPS not working and ticket was delect!] on 18th Jun.
Today is 16th July 2021. Ticket 725891 is still open.
Is anything happen to HostSolutions? @cociu kindly reply. Thanks!
