Hi,

I am looking for 1U Colo in New York with the following:

1GB Unmetered Port
Ability to Announce Own /24
Remote Hands
Great Support ideally directly with the DC rather than middle man (had bad experience of waiting days for issues to be fixed)

Any recommendation would be appreciated.

We have our own staff at this location, there is also 24/7 remote hands on site as well.
Nothing should take days unless parts are missing etc!
