    Consider asking your upstream or whoever you buy dedi/colo from if you can adapt theirs, since typically your AUP would have to conform to theirs anyway

    I went to go update some contact info on there and decided to reply to the reviews while I was logged in. I don't mind getting them removed, just don't really use it enough to know how.

    Yep, I followed what they don't allow and adapted some of our own rules.

    This could either end up as a nice motivational story of a script kiddie who turned legit or end as an utter disaster.

    This guy was involved with carding, stressers and vpn services. Not too sure what else he was up to, but he was doing a bunch of grayhat/blackhat stuff on shady forums. His team is likely a bunch of dirt-cheap freelancers from venezuela (or whatever cheap country).

    Anyone have a fix for it?

    I'd assume you could override it by changing it directly in the database.

    Mailgun should be able to at least hit the promo tab, check dkim, spf, and mx records. Also don't use the generic templates provided by whmcs.

    Will sit like this for hours, once left it loading on a VPS and I woke up the next morning and it was still loading.

    Ask your developers to deal with it? Or if you can't trust them, check the browser console and logs and pass it on to your developers. Or ask WHMCS support for help.

    Coupon codes are plan specific and time-specific

    LETKVMOFFER1 is only valid for KVM-BRONZE Quarterly.

    still waiting on support to mount an ISO, submitted a ticket 8 hours ago, no response. their SLA is 6 hours surely not that hard.
