Iniz.com down? (+My Vps)

Anyone else experiencing this?

I can ping to my VPS though but can't ssh into it. Also, every service on it is down.
What's going on? Did I miss something?

  • I think it is a DDOS same as this week.

How long do you think this will last? I really can't afford downtime. And yes I know some people will flame me for saying this.

  • Iniz is up for me so is my vps.

I dont know but Iniz solved it very quickly few days ago.

But I cannot say for sure if it its a DDOS but it looks like it is.

  • @ztec why don't you submit a ticket instead of posting on a forum straight away before we can take a look.

    There are no known issues.

Well as I said, I can't even get on your site. So there's no way to open a ticket.

https://support.iniz.com and client area works fine. (main site is with CF enabled and so could be them having issues)

  • iniz is down, no any site is working, we have just send the ticket.

    For me:

    iniz.com -> cloudflare error 522
    support.iniz.com -> working fine

  • When i click on view details, it is not showing vps in client area. service unavailable message.

  • INIZ.com is down also for me. Receiving message from cloudflare (522). Support opened but is really slow.

My iniz vps was also down for about 5 minutes...
But it is back online now.

  • If you have IPv6 attached to your VM it is causing routing issues, whilst v4 is still pinging it is not routing correctly.

If you don't have any IPv6s attached to your VM it will work fine..

DC was suppose to be setting up bgp6 with our own range and it seems this has somehow messed the above up.

  • i have only one ip ipv4, its not working.

I'm using ipv4 and its not working. And pingdom does not detect the problem as the ping is just fine.

  • My NL node with them is working and website is accessible. I'm from Asia region.

Yeah, it's kinda stupid to say that support site (hosted by kayako) is working.

It's not hosted by Kayako, so get your facts right. We have an download (owned) license and as others stated Client area / billing has been working fine as well.

Everything is up now as normal and v6 has been fixed.

  • Everything seems to be working again...

  • Yep, everything seems to be working again.

  • I'm very sorry I opened a ticket @iniz. However I was too stupid to realize that I could just try to access support.iniz.com from the browser instead of assuming it was offline too.

It's the providers fault, not yours. This happening too much with INIZ.

Not really, just this past month we've had hardware failures which have been unpredictable and this was barely ~10 minute of unreachable service.

Our services are far surpassed than others and clients stick by us through the issues and don't leave for the exact reason that our services are great (not big headed, I think you should face facts)

You've already tried to bash us down in previous threads so your credibility is worthless

Success of others must hurt you a lot :)

Also note we've been with NForce for now nearly 6 months, there is no better provider than them in NL for servers and colocation, we regularly interact with the head management and owners. So if you need servers > https://www.nforce.com

For those 'curious', the issue was we were testing out DDoS mitigation on our gear few weeks back and forgot to remove the rule set after testing and once bgp6 was setup with our own IPv6 space it was written to the router memory which also wrote the DDoS mitigation rules resulting in packets being blocked (which is my ping was still partially working).

I'll quietly leave with a pic of our 2 x 10G with NForce:

^Hint for something in the near future :)

Nice. Your credibility to customers is worthless. You simply could'nt accept your faults and blaming your customers.
