I have been a customer since early 2018, and launch vps has been nothing short of amazing.
The very few times that I have needed support - Kevin has addressed my concerns in a matter of minutes.
I first thought that its due to them being fairly new, but after looking up my last support ticket from 2020 - an answer to my (fairly stupid) question was provided 3 minutes after opening a ticket. 3 minutes.
I have only experienced one downtime, back when they switched their upstream providers. And I knew about it half a month before it happened.
So yeah, if you need PA VPS - launch vps is your best choice.
