    Registration is $6 (one year).
    Renewal is $9/y.

It's for their first year I think. Slightly misleading (but expected)

Why is misleading? The registration price is $6 for one year (for limited time only) and the renewal price is $9/year. It is very clear!

Objectively: If people are misled, it's misleading
No offence nor blame. I found it quite clear. In addition I appreciated the renewal rates clearly written out

Please advice me how to rephrase it so it would not be misleading.

  • Why not ask the user who misunderstood? I thought the offer was clear which is why I knew it was first year only.

Maybe I shouldn’t have tried to inform him of the promo details and just left it to you.
