P2P is allowed
Hosting own email server is allowed

Located in no DMCA zone

Also it would be nice to have IPv6, but not necessary

but it might be sold out now, and also they're an American company so I don't think they can fulfill your "no DMCA zone" requirement or allow P2P, but you could probably use just for storage and remotely access it from another server?
