Hmm, I got fans.

I ate chicken breast for lunch and broccoli beef for dinner.
I hiked 57K steps during the past weekend, in Little Bennett Regional Park and Liberty Reservoir.
I gain muscles by doing push-ups and squats. I lose fat by hiking and geocaching.
