Unlikely its SBG, except some old SYS servers sold on KS like Xeon with Raid.
The control panel will in any case, and Kimsufi are in GRA and RBX, not SBG.
"Me like the most part of clients does not have any disaster recovery plan..."
Wow only let a server go a month or so ago in SBG.
The weathermap really brings home the impact: http://weathermap.ovh.net/#europe
And whos fault is that? 😆
Reply and tell him, press the Windows Start button and search for Disaster Recovery Plan. If there are no results returned, then it means he doesn't have a Disaster Recovery Plan
What can make the building burn as hell? Thought only bare metal inside..
Is it me, or even despite the fire, this OVH SGB2 datacenter looks like ... just a bunch of containers in Strasbourg?
If it gets hot enough, anything will burn.

So they started using the new 11700K in their servers?
😢😭
Those people who searching for "DR button" is sooo beyond reality. Wondering how they even were able to order OVH services...
10900k is even worse haha. Slightly overclocked it easily consumes 230-240W.
Will the servers be back up again soon?
/s
All servers go to /dev/null
Doesn't look like they know how bad SBG1 is affected yet either, even those in SBG3/SBG4 there's still possibility that networking/electrical etc relies on SBG1/2 - I can't even see them getting SBG3/4 back online yet.
SBG 3 and 4 should be completely separate. In 2017 they said they were going to invest in to making sure the grids were independent.
You'd hope so but the question is did it ever actually happen? If the buildings aren't really separated the likeliness it didn't, not in SBG at least but who knows.
My FR Node still down
What SBG datacenter is your server(s) in?
I dont know where DC in, my node on wishosting vps france.
Patience, it was already announced that they don't anticipate in restarting servers today.
Contact wishosting and get more information then, but ultimately they should be providing information on their recovery plans anyway...
