I believe they use Xeon Gold 5118 based on the CPU clock, cache size and core count. If it's true, single core score should be around 715.

So if you sign up for the monthly service with the 'Justbest2' promo and pay $3.74, it's only for the first month? Then all months thereafter will then be $4.99.
Please clarify If this is incorrect.
The limitation should have been stated clearly in the OP, or better yet, in the header. I think that most people that see your post as it is, then sign up with promo for a monthly payment package, will simply assume that the $3.74 promo is monthly auto-recurring. (As is the norm here unless clearly stated otherwise.)
That fact should be pointed out in the post.

The vagarity could well be perceived as misleading, and begs for trouble.

We would like to apologize for the confusion: we had no intention of misleading whatsoever and we did not know about the norm you are referring to. Let us explain the promo code mechanics in more detail.
The promo code only works for your first VPS purchase. It gives you 25% off of any plan, including the annual plan. However, you will have to pay the full price next time you renew your plan.
Therefore, if you purchase a six-month plan, you will get a server for only $3.50/mo for 6 months; if you purchase a one-year plan, your server will cost you $3.43/mo for 12 months; but if you purchase a one-month plan, you will only get 1 month of hosting for $3.74 and as you renew your one-month plan, the promo will be deactivated and you will have to pay the full price. Indeed, we should have specified this in our post.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the current post but we will make sure to describe our promos in more detail in our future posts.
We hope this clears things up for you and anybody else who might be feeling confused.
