    Could be this https://canada.lg.hosterlabs.net/
I'll need @Hosterlabs to confirm though.

On a second thought, that seems to be only an OVH location and he specified it's not OVH.
    Curious which datacenter as well.

  • single 4TB NVMe?

No ovh. I’ll make a looking glass. This is on the heart of Montreal :) not as far as beauharnois. But I think there is a direct link between the two DC’s.

Don't know but we have a 100%SLA contract with them. I've been talking with the owner for a long time now to get this done and everything is working as expected.

  • Just curious, why is Minecraft listed as a bad use case? Too much CPU usage?

Thanks, I'm mainly interested in their connectivity and routing.
I see they are using mostly cogent and some Level 3?

I also like the offers as I've been looking for a VPS in Canada recently. The app I plan to host requires low resources but good uptime and peering is definitely what I'm looking for.

Not that we would complain about CPU usage. But they are DDoS targets and also a low-mid single thread performance is not beneficial as Minecraft is mainly one threaded. So if you want a MC server you are better off with 1 core 4-5Ghz CPU rather than 2x2.4Ghz CPU's.

I do think they have good peering. They are also getting peering with OVH directly so we can host our GRE TUNNELS from there to offer anti-ddos :) From what I Know Montreal is one of the best places to serve Europe and the east cost of America. Even to Mexico it has a lower latency than servers hosted in Dallas for some reason.
