Decent Adult VPS near USA

I am looking for a Adult VPS provider located near USA as most of my traffic is from there.
My budget is about 30$ to 50$ but can go up if the provider is good.
I know a decent bit about servers so unmanaged will be fine
At least 4gigs of RAM and 200 gigs of storage are a must.
The website is a pics only WordPress website with 100k+ posts which are all images and no videos. The images are served via bunny cdn so the load on server will me minimal.
I get about 15-20k daily visitors.
I will be using Plesk and can install it manually using SSH.
90% of visitors are from North America mainly USA and Canada.
All the content is legal adult content. I usually dont get many DMCA complaints (1-2 in a month) but if the host is flexible that would be a bonus.

As long as the contents are legal (by US law) and regulated, we would love to have you join the Nexus Bytes family.

Key Word is legal and regulated.

  • Netherlands will be far. I am worried about the latency. By Near USA I mean in North America region.

If it's legal then all the providers can do I assume

  • @seriesn Do I need to purchase a license for APISCP or is it included in the VPS hosting package.

When you want an offer, it's also best to tag providers of such location, so they may be informed by email immediately about your request.

    Tag 'em up: @servarica_hani @Francisco @georgedatacenter @VirMach @RackNerd @hosthatch @HostHatch_Kelvin @perennate

I remember a provider who disallowed all kind of porn in their ToS. Can't remember the name though.

    Thanks!

We'll have more stock this week.

The new crate of LUX gear will be there on the 26th but who knows how long customs will slow that down. Crate to NY made it all the way to Illinois now, but again, stuck due to weather (snow storms?).

Do you have full insurance on the truck contents in case it goes into a ditch? I usually risk not fully insuring stuff, but I don't ship server crates worth $$$$. I'd be having a nervous breakdown if I was sending thousands of dollars through that mess uninsured.

Ehhh, we put some but it's been bullshit before.

We sent a pallet of gear back in August to New York for the Ryzen upgrade. Pallet is highlighted since it didn't have a sheet of plywood/chipboard between the servers and the pallet itself like crates do.

Anyway, we put full insurance on it, $60,000 worth. At some point they fucked up with a forklift and it dug into a server bending the chassis upwards nearly touching the motherboard. Broke the side rails, etc. We filed a claim on this and they basically fought us tooth and nail to not give us a damage claim on it, even though we paid.

It's why we moved to using crates now. They cost a decent bit to get ($350 or so), but we're able to secure things extremely well and put 4"+ of padding between the servers and the sides.
