  • To the four bidders above, sorry but I believe you should pick up from @RickBakkr's last bid of:

Lets bid €27.50 (around $30 I think; us Europeans rule)

  • State of these fucking idiots. You’d think the basic requirement of reading the previous posts in an auction thread would be met but no, folks just bid whatever they feel like bidding.

I have to admit, so far this didn't go as badly as expected.

Aside from the bids in $0.01, the bid in a different currency altogether and the guys who randomly re-started the bidding from $7.50?

So by LET standards, yeah, this went quite well.

All good - Don't worry about it. Use it with your friends/family/.... host a few sites...
Edit: at the current price-point - scratch that rule :)

When i wrote that restriction..., i was considering the worst case scenario of:

    • Auction ends at 5 usd or something.
    • and i get stuck with someone doing 16 container nat vps
    • or something similarly ridiculous

and have to deal with the resulting abuse.

Did you see that recent Al Capone film where he kept shitting himself and generally being bonkers from the syphilis? If that’s what tax fraud does to you, I guess that’s worth avoiding.

Yeah - They reckon it was the tax avoidance that finally got him. After watching that - I reckon it was because he dipped his wick in a dirty spag bol.

I'll go on record suggesting that you don't.

No matter how outrageous the VAT amounts in EU/UK are.
