  • Since you are new here, including a few more details on your biz(like how old is your biz, node specs, lg and if any internal control panels offered) will be great.

  • just another plain ovh reseller?

  • for this price £3.23/month (GBP), u can buy direkt from ovh

  • DPDP Administrator, The Domain Guy

You could market this and say "We offer better and quicker support than OVH!" :)

Hello. As this could not be edited into our existing thread I'll clarify all this for you here; thank you for your suggestions also. We've been operating since April 2017, we will have our LookingGlass available for both locations by the end of today so I'll update this shortly with that information; whilst we do not provide internal control panel licences yet we do have the usual Virtualizor one-click installers (for cPanel/WHM, Plesk and Webmin) alongside custom one-click installers for control panels such as: https://pterodactyl.io/ Here are the full node specifications:

    Virtual Servers: Classic -
    Intel Xeon E5-1660 v3 Processor,
    Supermicro X10SRI-F Motherboard,
    Samsung DDR4 ECC-registered Memory,
    Samsung Enterprise NVMe SSDs.

    Virtual Servers: Storage -
    Intel Xeon D-1521 Processor,
    Supermicro X10SDV-4C-TLN2F Motherboard,
    Samsung DDR4 ECC-registered Memory,
    Hitachi Ultrastar Enterprise HDDs.

We would say we're more than that whilst still benefitting from OVH's network, as 'thedp' mentioned above; we would definitely say that our support team provides higher quality faster response times, this is demonstrated via various positive reivews on TrustPilot. Alongside specific features over OVH's own offerings; for example, whilst we do have reduced locations available - all our Classic servers included automated backups free of charge for peace of mind, we're working to provide an increased range of one-click installers beyond the usual Virtualizor one-click installers. We have now options for installing Pterodactyl (https://pterodactyl.io/), PufferPanel (https://www.pufferpanel.com/) and we're looking to add more options as per customer demands. We're very customer driven so community suggestions do form what we provide which we believe is another advantage as we can better serve your specific needs, all whilst being slightly cheaper in certain plans when compared (we do factor in EU VAT within our comparisons). If there are any further suggestions you have specifically for us which in your view would better differentiate us for you; please do let us know.

Whilst we usually factor in European VAT in our comparisons price wise, as mentioned above; we include features such as automated backups free of charge which usually is an additional expense with OVH. As mentioned, we're working to provide an increased range beyond OVH for one-click installers, all whilst being slightly cheaper in places and providing significantly higher quality support at increased times of the day. If you have any suggestions in your view which would justify buying not directly which we do not currently provide, please do let us know.

This definitely is the case and I believe we've demonstrated this clearly via our existing reviews so thank you for mentioning this.
