Web hosting for project, Lebanon/Middle East
A friend of mine is looking for web hosting. Due to inflation the budget is around 10 USD/year.
The website is targeted at Lebanon, so any EU-based service would suffice.
The requirements are:
- PHP capable (specifically wordpress)
- MySQL/MariaDB database (because of wordpress)
- Possibilities for mailboxes are a plus for personal mailboxes.
For easy management we would like to have cpanel, or something similar (plesk, vistapanel, ...). No high traffic peaks are expected.
There is some urgency, we would like to place the order on monday.
We're enormously helped with reviews of existing services or with offers.

Hello,
Our web hosting service starts from $0.50/month, with 1 GB SSD, 50 GB Bandwidth, 2 Domains, unlimited email accounts so it is $6/year.
If DirectAdmin works for you, you can have a look here: https://limitlesshost.net/da-shared-hosting/
Looks good! Does DirectAdmin allow to use PhpMyAdmin and to configure MySQL/MariaDB databases with a clicky interface?
Yes, it is similar to the cPanel. It also has Softaculous, which would allow you to install WordPress easily.
I would recommend you to check out the DirectAdmin's user demo here: https://www.directadmin.com/demo.php
How about a budget of £0.01? (For the first year).
We're offering 256MB - 2GB NVMe/SSD storage for that price with our DirectAdmin hosting.
