HETZNER hel1-dc4 - 26 switches down at once

Looks like a bad day for hetzner today they just lost 26 switches at once in hel1-dc4 .
I have a few servers down there Unfortunately :neutral:

    shit happen ... this is a huge stress for any hosting company.

    Pretty sure a lot of hosts on LET haven't even seen a switch in a rack.

    • I configured 1Gbps telecom-grade switch and router and firewall in 2006, but they are not in a rack.
    • I did power consumption measurements on 10Gbps telecom-grade router in 2013. They are in racks in a very noisy room.
    • I plugged cables into 100Gbps ToR switch in 2019. It's in a rack but we put it in the middle instead of top of the rack for convenience.

    I'm better than most providers.

    Apparently it was a power outage , all my servers there lost power and some of them got mysql broken because of this power outage

    26 switches, or one UPS (101% speculation).

    Was wondering why my system was just sitting there powered off. Guess I'll need to borrow a KVM to enable the power state memory feature

    Why that isn't configured out of the box, I don't know.
