im looking for great offers in NL and maybe in Europe to host great VPN for my customers.

It is for professional use, bandwidth needed. 50-150 User per Server?

Already known hosts:
OVH: 500 Mbit speed limit
Hetzner: maybe the best option for dedicated power, but don't know if germany and hetzner like vpn hosting
Worldstream: looks good with 1 Gbit/s guaranteed but maybe someone has a better deal.
